Hello Mr. Aryal,
I hope you are doing well. I’m reaching out to discuss an issue I’ve encountered with your “Add Himalayan Bank Payment in WooCommerce” plugin.
Recently, my customers have been facing a problem during checkout on my WooCommerce site. An error message displays, stating “The JWT cannot be used yet.” This seems to be preventing transactions from being processed correctly.
I have performed thorough troubleshooting, including:
– Syncing the server time
– Checking for plugin updates and ensuring everything is up to date
– Reviewing the plugin settings
– Consulting the documentation for any configuration I might have missed
Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I have not been able to find a resolution. I was hoping you might be able to offer some guidance or support. Here’s what I’m specifically looking for:
– Insights into any known issues with JWT within the plugin
– Any additional configuration steps that might be required for the plugin to function properly with JWT
– Documentation or steps I could follow to debug this issue further
Your plugin has been integral to our operations, and I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide to resolve this error. Thank you for your time and the excellent work on the plugin.
Is HBL Payment up to date
Hello sir, I am using this plugin now. Orders stay “pending payment” despite successful payment. What might be the cause? Pls help me.
It’s HBL Woo plugin.
Hi Yashwan, Unfortunately, I’m not sure how that happened. In case it’s processing payment status, this might be helpful: https://sanjeebaryal.com.np/why-is-my-woocommerce-order-status-always-processing/
Thank you, Sanjeeb, the problem is solved.
When using this plugin what to set the backend URL in WooCommerce?
I’m trying to do it with this plugin. Pls guide me.
Set the “thank you” page URL or any other URL you’d like the users to redirect to after processing payment from bank. Both the frontend and backend URL could be the same because both are processed at the same time.
Is it URL ” …/checkout/order-received/” or “…/checkout/thankyou/” to set the “thank you” page?
I set second but its not showing “thank you” page after payment. What should i do now?
it’s solved. thank you.
Nice to hear that. You’re welcome.
Do you have a link to the plugin of Nic Asia’s Cybersource Internet Payment Gateway (IPG)?
Unfortunately no. I’m not sure if there’s a plugin for NIC Asia’s IPG. Do you know if they provide the payment API to integrate?
What is the Back end and Front End URL? Could you please tell me? I’ am thinking to use this plugin if I get regular updates.
Cheers
These are the list of payment gateway plugins for WooCommerce. All requires merchant ID and key from the respective bank. There is no backend or frontend URL.
