Do you know? Most of the users register on your site and never log in again. They are forever gone unless you handle them swiftly. There are many ways to bring them back with some aggressive marketing strategies, but using the WordPress plugin is the easiest way to accomplish that. The Come Back! WordPress plugin automatically sends an email notification to inactive customers of your site. Inactivity is based on logging in.
Customer inactivity is a fact of life. How you handle it makes all the difference.

Tips (Optional, but recommended)

Beautifully design the email template.
Setup SMTP on your site to ensure email deliverability.
Make sure to send the sample emails.
A/B test the subject of the email.

Hi, very interesting !
Is it possible to select a role ? for example only considered inactive users of the “author” role?
Unfortunately, selecting a user role is not possible for now. Sounds like a good feature though.
Thank you for your effort but the smart tag for the user’s first name does not work.
Hi Mike, thanks for reaching out and reporting the issue. The first name smart tag has been fixed in Come Back version 1.3.4 – just released: https://wordpress.org/plugins/come-back/.
I hope this helps!
Excellent and thank you for this plugin.
Where do I donate (via PayPal) to you and your developers for your efforts.
You’re welcome, happy to help.
At this time, I’m not accepting the donations. I appreciate your approach though.
Have a good one 🙂
